New External Task

Attached is an updated copy of the file "external.xml" that adds Zelix
KlassMaster to the list of External Tools and Tasks as suggested at
http://ant.apache.org/faq.html#adding-external-tasks.

You are right of course.  It should be listed under the Tasks section.  I
will submit a revised patch.

Right again.  It has been tested with Apache Ant 1.4.1 but the documentation
doesn't make this clear.  It will be updated.

Are you sure you want it to be listed under "IDE and Editor
Integration"?

BTW Ant is "Apache Ant", not "Jakarta Ant" and your own docs say the
task was written for Ant 1.5 while your patch says 1.4.1.
