STR:
* Start Install Wizard
* Select HDFS and ZooKeeper
* Proceed to Customize Services page
* Select HDFS -> Advanced tab
* Complete installation
* After install Select Services -> HDFS -> Configs

AR: Advanced tab selected with infinite spinner
ER: Advanced tab shows configs
