An update to V4 would be great to get rid of the need for the iframe and be able to work with the authentication using a modern HTML5 interface. Right now, we cannot use this extension due to the need for the iframe...

Unfortunately I'm no developer, so I don't know where to update the plugin; according the Duo, the efforts are quite small...
