Welcome on Apache Beam !

Hi, and welcome on Apache Beam !

We are really pleased to have you on the mailing list, and we want to 
thank you all for the tremendous and positive feedbacks about Beam.

We are now preparing the code for the donation on Apache Git.

In the mean time, we are working on the website, and updated 
documentation. Hopefully, it should be online next week.
