This script automates the below functionality:
CloudStack should block migration to a Storage pool which is in maintenance mode.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/pavanb018/cloudstack cs9217
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/1322.patch
