The following warning:

stout/windows/os.hpp(56): warning C4996: 'GetVersionExW': was declared deprecated

appears when compiling Mesos, because the API was deprecated. According to [MSDN | https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ms724451(v=vs.85).aspx] we're supposed to move to the "Version Helper" functions.
