Remove Metadata keys from Cartridge definition

Hi Devs,

Thought of removing Metadata keys from the cartridge definition as it seems
that we are no longer using it. Can you please confirm on this?

As I can recall we added this to inform PCA to export a set of name value
pairs to Metadata API. However I think we can implement that logic in PCA
plugins/extensions without having to define them in the cartridge.
