[Axis 2] Installation Problem

Hi!

I tried to install Axis 2 as a standalone server under Ubuntu Linux 6.10
and Java 1.5. I did the following steps:

1. Download the standard binary distribution and unzipped it.
2. Set the $AXIS_HOME
3. Start the server with the scipt.

Now, when I try to access the server as mentioned in the installation
guide via http://localhost:8080/axis2 the server redirects me to
http://localhost:8080/axis2/services.  And I do *not* get the start page
with the links "Services", "Validate", Administration" as mentioned in
the installation guide.

What is wrong?

Dear Markus,
Since you have installed Axis2 as a standalone server, you will not get 
those validate, administration features. Those features are availble 
only if you install axis2.war in a servlet container. Please re-visit 
the 'Installing Axis2 in a Servlet Container' section of the 
http://ws.apache.org/axis2/1_3/installationguide.html
