vaibhav-imply opened a new issue #9032: filter based on regex rather than having exact filter condition in druid unified console
URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-druid/issues/9032

   ### Description
Please describe the feature or change with as much detail as possible.

   `
It would be great if we could filter segments based on Regular expression. For instance, I'd like to filter segment IDs by all IDs containing *2019-10-29* However, when I type *2019-10-29* into the filter bar my search results are 0, I think because it's not an exact match.

   #Motivations:
   1) This will really enrich the user experience in search/filter operation for segments /data sources in the unified console UI.
