[maven] SVN Reorg (Round 2) Underway -- No commits please

Reorg is done for the most part.  Bernd is working on tweaking the
Maven scripts so that aspect won't be working for a few more hours. 
You should be able to checkout now and adjust your IDE's to the
slightly different directory structure, etc.

We'll post another announcement to this list when the Maven scripts
are finished.
