[PATCH] James.java (IMAP) (and a small Vote)

Changes for IMAP of the newest James.java
   


It would be really great to get the IMAP tree as soon as possible into the
main trunk. Today I have only migrated the Tree to the newest CVS-Snapshot -
thats time for nothing. 
If we want to get IMAP for the next James Version in Beta or stable state,
it even must be in the main trunk - we also can inform the Users, that IMAP
is currently under heavily development and so on.

Whats your voting ?
