This works:
```
CosConfig:
            type: json
            value: {
              "AccessIdKey": "${COS_ACCESSKEYID}",
              "SecretAccessKey": "${COS_SECRETACCESSKEY}",
              "Endpoint": "${COS_ENDPOINT}",
              "IBMAuthEndPoint": "${COS_IBMAUTHENDPOINT}",
              "ServiceInstanceId": "${COS_SERVICEINSTANCEID"
```
This does not:
```
Config:
            type: json

              "Cos": {
                "AccessIdKey": "${COS_ACCESSKEYID}",

                "Endpoint": "${COS_ENDPOINT}",

I have verified and the env. variables are not expanded in case of nested JSON, working towards fixing this.
