SMX4 Bridge sample fails to deploy JBI components due to failure to access the ServiceMix Administration service.
Looks like the sample is trying to access the admin service in ServiceMix 3.3 style. I am not sure if SMX 4 uses the same admin interface or changed it.
I have attached a log file showing output of the command mvn install jbi:projectDeploy -Dmaven.test.skip=true (as per README.txt)

To allow for a milestone release without SMX4NMR-17 being fixed, I replaced the README.txt files: they now tell you to use hotdeploy or the 'osgi install' command instead of 'mvn jbi:projectDeploy'

The Admin JBI interface just isn't available for SMX4 yet -- see SMX4NMR-17
You should be able to run the demo by hot-deploying it now that the Bridge JMS SU contains the ActiveMQ JAR (http://svn.eu.apache.org/viewvc?view=rev&revision=673950) and SMX4-34 adds a default ActiveMQ broker to ServiceMix 4.
