Oak 0.8 release plan

Hi,

In JCR-3598 I'm about to start including Oak in the main Jackrabbit
deployment components. As a part of that effort we'll be needing some
Oak updates that weren't already in 0.7, so I'll be cutting a 0.8
release shortly.
