java.nio.charset.MalformedInputException Error when changing from JDK8 to JDK 11

Hello,



I have a project in JAVA 8, that works just fine.



Now I have to port the jdk from 8 to 11.



So I changed the Java Platform from JDK 1.8 to JDK 11 in the Project
Properties.



Debugging works just fine, but when I try clean and build the following Error
occurs:



An input/output error occurred.
