[PR] Fix #8481. Fix mina-sftp native compilation for GraalVM 21 [camel-quarkus]

jomin7 opened a new pull request, #8482:

   Remove SftpFileSystemProvider from native image to prevent ServiceLoader
   conflicts during native compilation. This fix is required for GraalVM 21 compatibility but is not needed for GraalVM 23.
   
   Changes:
   - Add @delete substitution for SftpFileSystemProvider class
   - Remove META-INF/services/java.nio.file.spi.FileSystemProvider from sshd-sftp
   - Add documentation explaining the workaround
   
   The dual approach (substitution + resource removal) ensures the provider
   is completely excluded from the native image and ServiceLoader discovery.
   
   Tested with 17 integration tests in both JVM and native modes.

   The Windows CI failure appears to be unrelated to these changes  (403 error downloading Maven 3.9.11)
