Updates for DLab software packages

Hi all,
I propose we push Spark/computational engines version updates feature to develop branch. I know we have an issue with RedHat, but this can be solved in a separate feature branch and later merged into dev.
So let’s push Debian related improvements to develop and once fixed – push same for RedHat.
