   This PR:
   - Adds a note to the Indexer process doc page about how it has the same API endpoints as the MiddleManager
   - moves the configuration and API sections of the Router/Indexer docs to the main configuration/API pages
   - Adjusts header levels in those docs to be consistent with other doc pages
   
   This PR has:
   - [x] been self-reviewed.
