JSP Pages and Sessions

Hi All,

I noticed what seems to be an odd behavior in tomcat.

What I have done is set a session object using the request.getSession() to 
retrieve the session object.

When I visit another JSP page, that page creates a new session, making the 
session object that I created on previous pages non-existent.

Is someone else out there having the same issue.
