Going to resolve this as 'Later'

Everything is quick for me still, and Ive asked others to confirm and they have.

Jira will be getting a better home with more resources over the next few months. Other than that, looking at the internal jira jvm statistics, it isnt reaching anywhere near the limits it has available.
