Inetd Mode

We may need you help as active members in the Apache group to remind all that
not all
systems capble of using Apache run with a heavy process/lightweght thread
model. TPF
runs a lighweight process model and using the inetd approach works well. It is
a major
reason we chose to port Apache rather than Domino/Go. Please do not do away with
inetd mode, you'll blow us right out of the water .......

Well fine, I retract my patch in favour of a patch saying we no longer
support it and the code is broken.  Unless these folks want to maintain it
for us ... none of us run it, so it always breaks.  If we have an active
maintainer I'll stop complaining about it.
