final YARN status for freeze / thaw actions

Hi,
You may have noticed that after a cluster is frozen / thawed,
the FinalStatus column shows FAILED.

We should fix this - or at least document it.

+1 on fixing it. We should discuss if there is a need for Slider-Status
along with the Yarn-Status. There is some merit to it such as:

* Failed vs Frozen
* Starting/Not Ready (app components are being activated) vs. Running (from
YARN perspective)
* Unhealthy (say Master is down) vs. Running

Let me open a JIRA on this.
