In TezClientUtils#addDefaultsToTaskLaunchCmdOpts(), defaultTaskCmdOpts is set to empty String when vOpts is not empty. Meanwhile vOpts is from YARNRunner#createVertexForStage() taskJavaOpts, which is not empty by default.
