Update README file

I think our README.txt file could stand a bit of updating...

Things like:

"Apache Geronimo milestone build M4  (August 10, 2005)"

I'd also like to see usage instructions for shell scripts (e.g.  
geronimo.sh/geronimo.bat, etc) rather than/or in addition to explicit  
java commands...

If someone wants to take a crack at this, that would be great.  
Otherwise, I'll work on it after I finish license/notice stuff.

I just updated README.txt on both trunk and branches/2.0

I also put a copy on the wiki for review http://cwiki.apache.org/GMOxDOC20/readmetxt.html

Based on the "Proposed Branch and Release Schedule for Geronimo 2.0" I used August 7 for the released date.
