[Android] Added Cordova-Interface Changes to master

Hey

I added the Cordova Interface changes to master.  I ran the mobile-spec and
everything still appears to work on this end (minus the 26 that were
failing before, of course).  This should bring us a bit closer to being
able to introduce CordovaWebView in the next release.  Let me know if
there's something totally broken/missing.
