Publishing 1.2.1 to ibiblio [Was: [VOTE] Cayenne 2.0.1-incubating release]

We can publish 1.2.1 to Ibiblio right away. Sorry, it was oversight  
on my part. I'll submit the request.

Regarding 2.0.1 - we'll do that after the release is approved by the  
incubator PMC.
