Rebuild KVM XML files

Is there anyway to export the libvirt XML files from the Cloudstack
database? Maybe a script or something? My entire system is borked and I
need to get some production machines back online asap. Would hate to have
to rebuild the entire system again.

I was at least able to figure out how to mount and am restoring data now
from a few important VMs.

Thanks,

Fred

virsh dumpxml guestname from the running host...that dumps xml of an
running VM.
Cheers

I unfortunately was in a situation where my entire platform was down and
had to just do what it took to get the one client working on there. I had
a management server and a single KVM host that experienced a bad stick of
memory. After that was fixed none of the VMs would spin up anymore. I had
to just wipe the management server and use it to get my one client back up
and running.

Thanks,

Fred

Why are you trying to do this? What are the things are broken? Perhaps we can guide you to check few other things?

Are you experiencing data corruption of some sort?
