spindle, eclipse and others...

spindle version 3.0 beta 3
eclipse 2.1
 
when i make a new tapestry web project with spindle, no appears a target.xml, a build.properts, a build.xml... well, i can´t run it in my application server. where is my error? sombody else use spindle plugin? there´s another way more fastly for create my web projects with tapestry?
