[T5.3.2] Gradle build error

With last release T5.3.2 gradle is trowing exception

d:\workspaceNextGen\regme>gradle

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

* Where:
Build file 'D:\workspaceNextGen\regme\build.gradle' line: 17

* What went wrong:
A problem occurred evaluating root project 'regme'.
Cause: You must specify a urls for a Maven repo.

* Try:
Run with --stacktrace option to get the stack trace. Run with --info or
--debug option to get more log output.

BUILD FAILED

Total time: 6.046 secs

It works fine with T5.3.0 and T5.3.1
