[ANNOUNCE] LanguageSelectTag

Hi everyone,
I just posted a new custom tag to bugzilla.  It displays a list of 
lanuguages in a select box and, when submitted, changes the current locale 
under Action.LOCALE_KEY.  If you're interested, check it out at:
