What required MIME parsing are you thinking of? AFAIK, server push
and actual MIME requirements are opposing concepts.

Quite true. I sensed this coming. What would be required is header parsing
for multi-part boundary strings, and then boundary detection and sub-
sequent buffer purging. Neither are fun things to do.
