ANN: hbase 0.20.3 is available for download

Hi everyone!

We are proud to announce that hbase 0.20.3 is available for download:
http://hbase.org/releases.html. Eighty four issues have been addressed
since hbase 0.20.2.  The release notes are available here:
http://su.pr/16X1Cr. Please upgrade at your convenience. A rolling
upgrade is possible from 0.20.1 and 0.20.2 but not from 0.20.0.

This is the third bug fix release in the 0.20 branch and it also
contains new EC2 scripts, a new indexation contribution called IHBase,
better JMX metrics and much more.
