I believe this further update is only needed for the standalone tar.gz and zip artifacts.

> We currently use the antlr4-4.5.3.jar library. Previously, the abego dependency was a transitive dependency listed in the pom. With 4.5.3, abego is no longer listed as a dependency in the pom, so the abego license was removed from the systemml project (SYSTEMML-950).
