The {{BundledScriptTracker}} registers a {{BundledScriptTracker.DispatcherServlet}} in order to dispatch a request to a resource with a non-versioned resource type to the servlet registered for the highest version of that type. However, the {{DispatcherServlet}} should not be registered at all if the original resource types are not versioned.
