[jira] Closed: (INFRA-515) makelist.roy.pl should warn about new TLPs

Roy T. Fielding closed INFRA-515:
---------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

The script can't test for the existence of directories on minotaur because
it is being run on hermes. What it can do is help the cut-n-paster to create
the TLP directory by using the mkdir -pv options (-v shows what was created
so that they can hopefully undo it if the name was misspelled somehow).
This is safe because the list can't be created on hermes unless the TLP
has already been created there.

> For dumb people like me, we should check for the existence of the per-TLP archive directory and bail if its not there, with the message that someone should go look at
> http://www.apache.org/dev/project-creation.html
> and make sure qmail has been configured for the new TLP. If so, you can then create the directory and chmod it.
