Let's suppose, I want to put the following content into a DOM node:

]]>[LibPreLoad] ]]>]]>]]> abcdef]]>ghijk]]>

The DOMWriter gives me the following result:

<![CDATA[[LibPreLoad] ]]><![CDATA[ abcdef]]><![CDATA[ghijk]]>

i.e., encounters of the end tag "]]>" are ignored:

* when repeated ("]]>]]>]]>")
* at the beginning

I want to get the following result:

<![CDATA[]]><![CDATA[[LibPreLoad] ]]><![CDATA[]]><![CDATA[]]><![CDATA[
abcdef]]><![CDATA[ghijk]]>
