> In Create New Dataset popup user shoud have ability to create new Target custer. Show Add Target Cluster option in select Target Cluster dropdown. If user clicks on it, Manage Clusters dialog should be shown. If there are no cluster created yet, we may show button to add new one. If user creates new cluster in it, target cluster list in dropdown should be automatically updated.
