[jira] [Commented] (QPID-3637) Move the Qpid Nabble forums from
standalone to subforums

Robbie Gemmell commented on QPID-3637:

Hi Glen,
It wasnt, no. I asked a question about it and forgot about it while waiting for an answer that never came. I'll add raising a JIRA with infra to get it updated to my list for tomorrow (slightly electricity and phone line deprived at home just now due to some recent hurricane-level winds felling trees on them).

> Hello, Apache Camel, CXF, and ActiveMQ (probably many/most others as well), create Nabble subforums for their dev/user/commit, etc. lists. That allows us to conveniently see mailings from all three lists on one page, for example:
> The user can also easily select a subforum (and link to same) if he's only interested in one of the lists.
> It would be great if Qpid were similarly structured so we can a single "view all" list. Right now there's two top-level Nabble forums:
> http://apache-qpid-users.2158936.n2.nabble.com/
> and one missing for qpid commits.
> If dead links within emails would be a concern, I believe Nabble can provide redirects from old to new URLs.
