  Removed:     struts/examples/struts/WEB-INF/build-lib
                        jakarta-servlet-api-4.jar
  Log:
  Moved all shared libraries from the subprojects up to the central project
  repository. This prevents having multiple copies of the same library in CVS.
  (makes downloads smaller, eases maintenance)
