This property has very unclear semantics and normally user should never bother about it. We need to review {{GridMergeIndex}} and try to get rid of both {{IGNITE_SQL_MERGE_TABLE_MAX_SIZE}} and {{IGNITE_SQL_MERGE_TABLE_PREFETCH_SIZE}} completely.
