[I] Stylesheets - Duplicate entry and missing files [superset]

I've got some errors in the console and network tab due to missing stylesheets. When I had a look into it, I also found a duplicate entry. If these are missing / not used anyways, they should be removed from the templates.
#### How to reproduce the bug
1. Go to '[http://<superset>/superset/welcome/](http://<superset>/superset/welcome/)'
2. Open up Console or Network tab of the Developer Console
3. Look at the 404s
4. Open up source, look at the `<link>`s in the `<head>` area.
### Expected results
No 404 errors in the Console or Network tab.
Styles should be loaded only once.
### Actual results
You get 3x 404 errors in the Console / Network tab.
The `bootstrap-datepicker.css` has two entries.

- superset version: `3.0.2` (from Docker Hub)
- python version: `3.9.18`
- node.js version: `executable file not found in $PATH: unknown`
- any feature flags active: nothing set in custom config
