Java's method InetAddress.getLocalHost() is returning the external address of Continuum - i.e. continuum-vm/140.211.11.47 - rather than a site local address such as 192.168.m.n or similar

For comparison, minotaur returns

minotaur.apache.org/192.168.0.246

Is there an issue with the Continuum networking setup?
