High Availability of Data Torrent

Hi team,

Please provide the data points to setup seoundry DT, which can active and
run jobs when Primary DT goes down for any reason.

Looking for data pints like
• How we can setup
• Complexity involved in it
• Pros and Cons
• Any one already done this kind of setup
