Not sure I completely understand the problem.

When you say "With this felix enabled, I could not get the Dependency Chain
on my console" what does that mean?  How do you get the dependency chain in
karaf console?

And the issue is that a particular bundle(s) is/are not activating?  Please
show full stack trace.
