AJP13 Connector Source for Tomcat 4.x?

Why isn't this included as part of the source downloads
(org.apache.ajp.*) - official releases or even just the nightly
releases?

Is there an "official" area to grab it from instead of digging into
http://jakarta.apache.org/~hgomez/ajp13-tc4.0/ (which feels kinda funny
- like I'm snatching it from some personal directory).

I don't see anything in http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/ which would
lead me to find it so far.
