   Running the `misspell` command (`go get -u github.com/client9/misspell/cmd/misspell`) identifies hundreds of English language typos (e.g., "ocurred" instead of "occurred") across the Traffic Control project. These are easily corrected and non-impacting. PR forthcoming.
