[jira] [Created] (INFRA-10251) Jira filters shows different content to logged out users

Robert Kowalski created INFRA-10251:
---------------------------------------

Summary: Jira filters shows different content to logged out users
                 Key: INFRA-10251
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-10251
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: JIRA
            Reporter: Robert Kowalski

As a logged *out* user:

1. go to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COUCHDB
2. click issues in the left tab (you arrive at https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COUCHDB/?selectedTab=com.atlassian.jira.jira-projects-plugin:issues-panel)
3. scroll down, click under "Unresolved: By Component" -> "Fauxton" (you land at https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?reset=true&jqlQuery=project+%3D+COUCHDB+AND+resolution+%3D+Unresolved+AND+component+%3D+Fauxton+ORDER+BY+priority+DESC&mode=hide )

count issues (11 issues)

now log *in*:

repeat 1-3, arrive at https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?reset=true&jqlQuery=project+%3D+COUCHDB+AND+resolution+%3D+Unresolved+AND+component+%3D+Fauxton+ORDER+BY+priority+DESC&mode=hide in step 3

count 129 issues

That makes it really hard for new contributors to find new things to work on as they usually don't have a Jira Account
