Tracking route time execution

Is there a way to track how long route executes and if it takes to long to
terminate it?
I have implementation of EventNotifierSupport but this only writes down
execution time.

There is plenty of JMX api to get all sort of information.

There is also an inflight registry you can find information about all
current exchanges being routed.
