The current message displayed from cordova serve when the server is running is a bit confusing to some users. Suggested message below.

Current message:
Static file server running at => http://0.0.0.0:8000/ CTRL + C to shutdown

Suggested message:
Static file server running on port 8000 (i.e http://localhost:8000) CTRL + C to shutdown
