refactor(engine): remove dead CacheSourceOpExec and OpExecSource plumbing

Cache source operators were replaced by input-port materialization reader
threads in #3425. Since then CacheSourceOpExec has been unreachable:
SpecialPhysicalOpFactory.newSourcePhysicalOp (the only producer of an
OpExecSource init-info, which is what constructed CacheSourceOpExec in
DataProcessorRPCHandlerInitializer.setupExecutor) has no production caller.

Remove:
- CacheSourceOpExec (the executor)
- SpecialPhysicalOpFactory and its spec (sole producer of OpExecSource)
- the OpExecSource match arm and now-unused imports in the worker RPC handler
- the OpExecSource message and its oneof field in executor.proto (field
  number 3 reserved to prevent reuse; unused virtualidentity import dropped)
